1. If you think you've found the same specialty product offered online by a Canadian company at a lower delivered to Canada price, send us an email with the link showing that offer.

Our 100% Guaranteed Price Match is valid for any Canadian company (not a particular) selling online and cover the price of the product shipped to a Canadian address excluding Yukon, North-West Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador, Vancouver Island and Îles-de-la-Madeleine. Guarantee excludes clearance/closeout items, non-retail, private sales, membership clubs, and auction websites. The internet site must have the exact brand and model available for purchase and delivery. (Out of stock or back ordered items are not eligible).

We reserve the right to refuse any order or price match if the preceding terms are not met, cannot be verified or are not reasonable.

Because of their weight, and the high shipping cost that also vary from one region to another, hammock stands and chair stands are not included in the price match guarantee.

General Return Policy

You can return new and unused items within 5 days of reception date for a refund. Items should be returned new, unused and in their original product packaging. NO RETURN ON STANDS


We do not refund or exchange any product with obvious signs of use which would reduce its sales value. We want you to be assured that we do not sell used products.

All shipping costs are at your own expense (In and out). Please send us an email indicating your invoice number and the reason for the return and we will issue a return number and instructions for the shipping.

After reception of the returned good a credit will be issued directly on your credit card for the purchase amount less our cost to ship it to you on the first time. Their will also be restocking fees of 5$ per hammock or chair. No return on stands.

Guarantee

Mayan hammocks and chairs are handmade art craft  and are not guaranteed. Inspect your hammock when you receive it and communicate with us if you see any defect. Please take note that irregularities in the weaving and/or the colours are not considered as a defect. Please also  inspect all knots before usage.

Our other products are covered against manufacturing defects for one year..

This covers production errors or material defects encountered during normal use of the product.

This right does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear linked - directly or indirectly - to the wrong use or maintenance of the product, or any use of violence. Holes in a hammock made by buttons on pants, velcro, shoes, jewels, etc are not covered, neither are damages made by your pet. Remember that hammocks and chairs should not be left exposed to sun rays and bad weather. Notice of any lack of conformity which should be encountered in a normal examination of the product should be forwarded to us within a reasonable deadline. Thereafter, you can return item(s) in question for full refund or exchange for a new item

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect the box(es) for signs of damages before opening your product! If you think there may be product damage, please take a photo of the unopened box. This will help prove that damage was the Carrier’s fault. Please retain original packaging until you have verified your product performs as expected in accordance with the warranty. Your satisfaction is our goal and we are liable to consumers for any lack of conformity.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. In order to facilitate our handling of returned items, please include the return number and a copy of your invoice.
